Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 9 September 2026

1. Who we are

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to orders placed on https://cryonix.ie (“the Website”), operated by Cryonix Limited, a company registered in Ireland (CRO 800266), with registered office at 71 The Court, Mullingar, N91 C5P3, Ireland, VAT number IE4507726MH. You can contact us at support@cryonix.ie.

2. Applying these Terms

By placing an order on the Website you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund and Returns Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

3. Who can order

You may place an order if you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. We may refuse or cancel an order at any time (for example, if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms). We will notify you if this happens.

4. How a contract is formed

When you place an order, you receive an automatic order confirmation email. This is not acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted, and a binding contract is formed, when we send you a dispatch/order-accepted confirmation email. We may cancel any order not yet dispatched if a product becomes unavailable; if payment has already been taken, you will receive a full refund.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in Euro (€) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs are shown at checkout and in the Shipping & Delivery Policy. We take reasonable care that prices and product information are correct, but errors may occur. If a product is priced incorrectly we will contact you before dispatching and you may cancel without charge. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers (card, Klarna and PayPal). We never see or store your full card details.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery times, rates and restrictions are set out in the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

7. Right to cancel (14 days)

Under EU consumer law (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, as implemented in Ireland – SI 484/2013) you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Tell us you wish to cancel in writing (email to support@cryonix.ie) before the 14-day period ends. Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging and condition, at your cost unless we agreed otherwise or the goods were faulty. We will refund the purchase price (including standard delivery) within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of return; we may withhold the refund until the goods are received back. This right does not apply where goods have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, or to goods made to your specifications.

8. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If goods arrive damaged, faulty or not as ordered, contact us at support@cryonix.ie within a reasonable time. Depending on the situation we will repair, replace or refund the item. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law (including remedies for defective goods), which take precedence.

9. Warranty

Products may benefit from a manufacturer warranty; terms (if any) are supplied with the product. Your statutory rights are not affected by any manufacturer warranty.

10. Our liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud). To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Website or the products.

11. Intellectual property

The Cryonix name, logo, product designs and all Website content (text, images, graphics, videos) are the property of Cryonix Limited or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

12. Privacy

Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

13. Complaints and disputes

If you have a complaint, email support@cryonix.ie – we aim to resolve issues promptly. You may also contact the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Nothing affects your right to take legal proceedings.

14. Changes to these Terms and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; the latest version is always on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
