Right to Cancel (for Online/Distance Sales)

As a consumer, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel an online order for any reason and without justification. This period begins on the day you, or a person you appoint (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must clearly inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by email) to:

You must send the goods back to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agree to cover these costs.

Refunds for Online/Distance Sales

Upon cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). We will process the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the contract. We may, however, withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Refunds will be issued using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Goods That Cannot Be Returned

Please note that the right to cancel does not apply to the following types of goods:

  • Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

  • Goods that have been personalized or custom-made for you.

  • Sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery.

  • Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Faulty or Defective Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If the goods you receive are faulty, defective, or not as described, you have a right to a repair, replacement, or refund.

  • If the defect appears within the first 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund.

  • After 30 days but within one year from delivery, you must give us one opportunity to repair or replace the goods. If the repair or replacement is not successful or cannot be done, you are then entitled to a refund.

  • After one year, you may still be entitled to a remedy depending on the expected lifespan of the product.
